TL;DR
Senior Customer Success Manager (DevSecOps): Ensuring customers derive maximum value from software supply chain security products with an accent on onboarding, adoption, and technical guidance. Focus on connecting technical implementation with business ROI and reducing risk in the SDLC.
Location: Remote (Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship)

What you will do
- Guide customers on implementation strategies and usage best practices for products.
- Facilitate onboarding and expand platform utilization across customer environments.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, from practitioners to executives.
- Translate technical implementations into measurable business value, ROI, and risk reduction.
- Identify customer experience gaps and adoption risks to influence product roadmaps and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Technical background in software engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud, QA, or security operations.
- Broad knowledge of the current SDLC and the tooling used by development organizations.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in a client-facing or advisory capacity.
- Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills.
- 7–10 years of related experience (flexibility for candidates with strong technical backgrounds).
- Must currently reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with , JFrog, Snyk, or similar DevSecOps and application security tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, and customer health scoring.
- Experience supporting SaaS, developer tools, or open-source ecosystem solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and communicate with C-level stakeholders.
