ServiceNow Business Analyst Intern

Location: Hybrid role based at Via Augusta, Barcelona, Spain

What you will do

• Collaborate on global ServiceNow projects.
• Assess, define, and document functional business requirements.
• Develop and deploy technology solutions on the global ServiceNow platform.
• Work with experts across functional and technological domains.
• Build practical experience in IT Operations, Service Management, GenAI, and AgenticAI.
• Contribute ideas and creativity to a global team.

Requirements

• Active student status at a Spanish university or school is mandatory.
• Interest in the insurtech sector.
• Availability for at least a six-month internship.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a responsible, proactive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
