Location: London, UK (Hybrid - up to 50% remote)

What you will do

  • Lead the strategic partnership and joint business planning with Boots to align growth priorities and Prestige ambitions.
  • Develop and execute tailored activation plans across Boots' omnichannel ecosystem, utilizing store, ecommerce, and loyalty data.
  • Manage high-level negotiations regarding listings, pricing, promotional strategies, and visibility.
  • Own the full P&L for the Boots Prestige account, delivering against sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Oversee accurate forecasting and optimize investment strategies (G2N) to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the supply chain, product availability, and in-store/online presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a National or Key Account Manager in beauty, Prestige, or FMCG.
  • Experience managing Boots or a top UK retailer of similar scale and complexity.
  • Deep understanding of the UK beauty retail market, including omnichannel and loyalty ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial acumen with direct experience in P&L ownership.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
