What you will do

• Manage and support assigned partners in the territory to achieve bookings quotas and product targets.
• Recruit and onboard top partners based on the territory channel planning process.
• Drive channel planning by defining capacity, recruitment, and enablement requirements.
• Conduct joint-business planning and ensure partners remain up to date on certifications.
• Collaborate with distribution managers to implement the regional channel strategy.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key individuals at top partners to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• In-depth experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners in a technology environment.
• Proven track record of developing territory and business plans.
• Strong knowledge of security and general software channel ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems.
• Fluent English and local language skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
