Location: Wilton, CT, US. Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.

What you will do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for both New Product Introductions (NPI) and volume production.
- Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and drive structural improvements for recurring quality challenges.
- Create and maintain technical work instructions, process specifications, and factory routings.
- Provide technical support and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve complex production issues.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering and cross-functional teams to improve industrialization and manufacturability.
- Manage MRP controls, perform cycle time analysis, and conduct capacity planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
- 2–4 years of experience in production engineering or process development.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX) and strong knowledge of GD&T.
- Deep understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools such as Kaizen, 5S, and DMAIC.
- Legal authorization to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.
