What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for new product introductions and volume production.
• Implement statistical process control, monitor process stability, and drive structural improvements for recurring quality issues.
• Create manufacturing procedures, work instructions, process specifications, routings, and production documentation.
• Support production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, quality dispositions, supplier failure analysis, and corrective actions.
• Perform cycle-time analysis, capacity planning, MRP control, and small-scale Lean and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and customers on manufacturability, assembly, testing, and qualification plans.

Requirements

• Must work in Wilton, Connecticut, United States, in an onsite manufacturing setting.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States export regulations before starting work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production engineering or process development.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, root-cause analysis, process validation, and equipment qualification.
• Experience with CAD tools, manufacturing processes, ERP/MES systems, statistical analysis, GD&T, and complex engineering drawings.
