What you will do

• Lead and drive the Total Rewards agenda across Europe in alignment with global strategy.
• Guide and develop a regional Total Rewards team.
• Translate global compensation, benefits, and job architecture frameworks into effective regional solutions.
• Oversee and optimize salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting, and job evaluations using HAY methodology.
• Drive regional projects to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of remuneration and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with European regulations, specifically the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally within an international matrix environment (manufacturing preferred).
• Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology and compensation frameworks.
• Experience leading international projects and translating HR strategy into scalable solutions.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Business fluent English (C1).
