What you will do
- Lead and drive the Total Rewards agenda across Europe in alignment with global strategy.
- Guide and develop a regional Total Rewards team.
- Translate global compensation, benefits, and job architecture frameworks into effective regional solutions.
- Oversee and optimize salary reviews, bonus cycles, budgeting, and job evaluations using HAY methodology.
- Drive regional projects to enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of remuneration and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with European regulations, specifically the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, ideally within an international matrix environment (manufacturing preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation methodology and compensation frameworks.
- Experience leading international projects and translating HR strategy into scalable solutions.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Business fluent English (C1).
