What you will do

• Analyze B2B and B2C customer needs to derive targeted UX improvements.
• Conduct market and competition analysis to evolve insurance and service products.
• Manage digital projects from conception through development to go-live.
• Align interests across Sales, Product, IT, Operations, and Management.
• Define KPIs and evaluate the success of implemented measures.
• Optimize existing processes to ensure a seamless product landscape.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering).
• Fluent German and English skills are mandatory.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with experience in dynamic business environments.
• Structured, precise working style with a high awareness of quality and detail.
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital products and present complex topics clearly.
