What you will do

• Define and steward the global product vision and strategy for utility products covering metering, tariffs, trading, and flexibility services.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of Product Managers across commercial, technical, and operational domains.
• Develop and implement global standards for systems, technical setups, and partner integrations.
• Oversee market operations processes and embed operational excellence into product design.
• Define and track KPIs to inform strategic decisions and improve product performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years leadership experience in product, commercial, or operational roles in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to manage product teams and complex product domains with business and technical aspects.
• Deep understanding of energy retail business, tariffs, metering, trading, and market communications across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with analytical skills to define KPIs and measure ROI.
• Passion for energy transition and renewable energy.
