What you will do

• Gain an overview of underlying technologies and coordinate the full product lifecycle.
• Build efficient customized structures and processes from scratch and continuously develop them.
• Define and implement customer needs and technical requirements to ensure product market fit.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage the backlog, and remove obstacles for the design and development team.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize customer experience.
• Control product numbers and monitor KPIs to adapt product strategies to market changes.

Requirements

• Several years of proven experience as a technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Requirements Engineer.
• Product experience in a SaaS Startup, Agency, Marketplace, or eCommerce environment.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, agile, and solution-oriented approach with strong technical understanding.
• High level of assertiveness and endurance, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to less technical groups.
• Willingness to travel for a maximum of 1-2 days per month within Germany.
• Business fluent in German and very good working knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket and/or car repair stores.
• Experience in an early-stage startup.
• Interest, knowledge & advanced trainings in Design Thinking, Business Modeling, Service Blueprint.
