What you will do
- Establish the product and strategic direction for the Enterprise product, aligning goals between and dwpbank.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer needs through deep market understanding and organizational analysis.
- Act as the primary product interface and stakeholder manager between two organizations.
- Lead the product development lifecycle by providing clear direction, clarifying scope, and managing priority calls.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, risk, and business development.
- Manage and develop direct reports, fostering their professional growth and ensuring delivery quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, specifically building and scaling complex platforms in financial services.
- Proven experience working in highly regulated environments (risk, compliance, controls, audit).
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment through a strong writing culture.
- Based in Germany with the legal right to work in the country.
- Professional fluency in both English and German.
- Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and creating structure from scratch.
