Principal Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Germany with a hybrid setup (on-site in Berlin 4-7 days per month).

What you will do

• Establish the product and strategic direction for the Enterprise product, aligning goals between hirify.global and dwpbank.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer needs through deep market understanding and organizational analysis.
• Act as the primary product interface and stakeholder manager between two organizations.
• Lead the product development lifecycle by providing clear direction, clarifying scope, and managing priority calls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, compliance, risk, and business development.
• Manage and develop direct reports, fostering their professional growth and ensuring delivery quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, specifically building and scaling complex platforms in financial services.
• Proven experience working in highly regulated environments (risk, compliance, controls, audit).
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and drive alignment through a strong writing culture.
• Based in Germany with the legal right to work in the country.
• Professional fluency in both English and German.
• Experience defining ambiguous problem spaces and creating structure from scratch.
