What you will do

  • Drive growth and sales opportunities through strategic partnerships and technology alliances.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnership agreements and contracts.
  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximize commercial opportunities.
  • Perform competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to identify new growth areas.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product, sales, and marketing teams on partnership initiatives.
  • Align partner strategies with company goals and stakeholder needs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a strategic alliances or partner role.
  • Proven success in building and managing high-growth global partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Experience managing relationships with AWS, Microsoft, Elasticsearch, ServiceNow, and/or Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in knowledge management, contact center management, or enterprise search.
  • Experience developing "Go To Market" strategies for Generative AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and trust with C-level executives.
  • Flexibility to travel globally.
