Salary: $88,000 – $145,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead, nurture, and grow a regional team of customer-facing email deliverability consultants.
- Provide advanced technical deliverability support and root cause analysis for high-visibility brands.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned customers to maximize the impact and reach of their email programs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Growth teams to iterate on customer experience strategies.
- Drive strategic projects to mature internal processes, product capabilities, and customer education.
- Act as an escalation point for complex deliverability issues to ensure customer value and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring technical consultants to drive high performance.
- Deep expertise in email deliverability, including technical concepts and best practices.
- Experience coordinating with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and filtering companies.
- Strong consultative approach to issue analysis and root cause identification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
