What you will do

• Lead, nurture, and grow a regional team of customer-facing email deliverability consultants.
• Provide advanced technical deliverability support and root cause analysis for high-visibility brands.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned customers to maximize the impact and reach of their email programs.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Growth teams to iterate on customer experience strategies.
• Drive strategic projects to mature internal processes, product capabilities, and customer education.
• Act as an escalation point for complex deliverability issues to ensure customer value and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience coaching and mentoring technical consultants to drive high performance.
• Deep expertise in email deliverability, including technical concepts and best practices.
• Experience coordinating with mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and filtering companies.
• Strong consultative approach to issue analysis and root cause identification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
