What you will do

• Lead a team of ERP implementation consultants delivering cERP solutions.
• Oversee portfolio delivery performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with strong adoption.
• Define and enhance implementation methodologies, tools, and playbooks to drive consistency.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for key client engagements to ensure long-term value realization.
• Own operational performance metrics, including utilization, margin, backlog, and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams on proposals, SOWs, and roadmap feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; no sponsorship provided.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
