What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners, including HR consultancies, advisory firms, and system integrators, across Spain and Portugal.
- Develop and execute partner acquisition strategies aligned with regional growth objectives.
- Enable new partners to successfully position and implement the platform.
- Create and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) plans to generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, tracking performance and refining the regional partner strategy.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to maximize partner success and predictable revenue contribution.
Requirements
- 4β7+ years of experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Business Development within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1+ required).
- Must be based in Portugal.
- Existing network within the Spanish business ecosystem, specifically in HR, consulting, or technology.
- Experience managing partner opportunities throughout the sales cycle and contributing to revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel across the EuroWest region as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR technology, HCM, payroll, or workforce management.
- Direct sales experience.
- Portuguese language skills.
