What you will do

• Facilitate patient enrollment into the Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) portal.
• Conduct daily calls and text messages to document patient health status and maintain engagement.
• Collect and document patient health information, including histories and new symptoms.
• Support patients by providing health pointers, such as stretches and meditation videos.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information in adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Nationally certified Medical Assistant (CMA (AAMA) Exam).
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in an office or remote setting.
• Proficiency with technology including Zoom, Slack, and online enrollment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Experience in Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
