Clinical Assistant I (Healthcare)

Location: Remote - USA; Pacific Time Zone

Salary: $21.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide accurate technical and clinical information to clients, patients, and internal teams.
• Follow up with clients to collect order-specific information and documentation.
• Address and triage clinical inquiries and requests for internal teams.
• Monitor and track cases through laboratory and reporting workflows using follow-up lists and team audits.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, protocols, and information technology systems.
• Support additional projects, including data mining, non-standard protocols, research, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• General computer and Google Workspace proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility as assignments and workflows change.
• Strong organization, time management, prioritization, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Customer service experience.
