Location: Must be based in New York City (On-site)

Compensation: $300,000–$400,000 OTE

A fast-growing health-tech company providing a platform that optimizes clinical workflows and patient engagement for specialty clinics and provider groups.

What you will do

  • Own and deliver against company revenue targets while refining the GTM motion.
  • Lead and scale an existing team of approximately 8 AEs and SDRs.
  • Operate as a player-coach by leading and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Operationalize repeatable sales playbooks to support larger deal sizes and complex buyer groups.
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize lead quality and funnel efficiency.
  • Enforce rigorous CRM usage and data-driven sales hygiene.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B tech sales with a focus on leadership or player-coach roles.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals in healthcare, specifically selling into provider organizations.
  • Experience scaling sales teams and processes in high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, provider economics, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Must be based in New York City and comfortable with an on-site work environment.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and pipeline management skills.
