is a Series B startup that provides a platform for MSK provider groups and specialty clinics to optimize care delivery and clinic operations.
What you will do
- Manage relationships with provider groups to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all RCM-related questions and escalations.
- Lead the onboarding of new customers and the implementation of the tech platform.
- Oversee third-party billing partners, holding vendors accountable to SLAs and performance benchmarks.
- Manage front-end (prior authorizations, eligibility) and back-end (AR work-down, denial management) RCM operations.
- Analyze and present monthly reports on clinical and financial outcomes to practice leadership.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in RCM leadership or customer-facing revenue operations within MSK, orthopedic, or procedural specialties.
- Deep expertise in full-cycle RCM, including denial management and vendor performance oversight.
- Strong working knowledge of coding and billing for pain management and orthopedics (CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS, HCPCS Level II).
- Ability to translate complex RCM data into executive-level strategic action plans.
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and common EHR/practice management systems.
Nice to have
- Professional coding certification (CPC, CCS, COC or equivalent).
- Degree in Health Information Management or specialty credentials such as COSC or CASCC.
