Implementation Consultant I (SaaS)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

hirify.global develops SaaS solutions for government and education organizations, including HR, compliance, and public-sector workforce workflows.

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales to develop customer implementation plans.
• Review client needs and translate them into successful onboarding experiences.
• Configure customer sites with purchased products and features.
• Execute onboarding plans within 90 days of customer purchase.
• Build subject-matter expertise in PowerDMS and lead product discussions.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to make decisions, solve complex problems, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of SaaS technology.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the United States.

Nice to have

• Implementation or project management experience.
• Experience with Power platforms.
• Experience with software implementation, client training, teaching, presentations, or walkthroughs.
• Experience supporting public safety agencies such as police, fire, or dispatch.
