What you will do

• Optimize new user onboarding processes to improve activation and first-time transaction (FTT) conversion rates.
• Build a comprehensive user lifecycle management system and segmentation framework to enhance retention and repeat purchases.
• Develop membership programs, point systems, and gamification strategies to drive user engagement.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic product growth.
• Lead A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to optimize the allocation of operational resources.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure smooth execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with 3+ years in senior user growth roles within fintech or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of scaling user bases from zero to one or one to a thousand users.
• In-depth knowledge of AB testing, funnel analysis, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong data-driven thinking and the ability to establish data monitoring and analysis systems.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required for coordination with MENA region stakeholders.
• Must be based in or associated with UAE / Dubai.
