What you will do

  • Execute day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration for employees in Georgia.
  • Coordinate global mobility and manage immigration processes, work authorizations, and permit applications for non-citizens.
  • Serve as the primary contact for EOR service providers across 12 countries, validating documentation and payroll data.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare employment contracts, amendments, and policies.
  • Oversee office administration, including vendor management, maintenance, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to organize local team activities and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or administration, preferably within tech or international environments.
  • Proven experience in payroll coordination, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding).
  • Ability to manage external partners such as EOR vendors and immigration services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Tbilisi, Georgia.
