What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end global mobility and work authorization processes in collaboration with international hires and government agencies.
• Maintain global mobility guidelines and leverage AI tools to redesign and automate workflows for better scalability.
• Own full-cycle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, SLA-based support at every stage of the employee journey.
• Apply AI tools to continuously improve the accuracy, efficiency, and overall employee experience.

Requirements

• Experience in global mobility, immigration, international HR operations, or HR generalist roles.
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• High adaptability and resilience when dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• English proficiency required.
