Enterprise Account Executive (DACH, German-Speaking)

What you will do

• Own data-driven account planning for medium-sized and large enterprise prospects across the DACH market.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Lead customer conversations using storytelling, vision transfer, and tailored creative solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, and Customer Success.
• Gather customer feedback and market insight to help shape the Product roadmap.
• Turn complex business situations into clear, customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's worksuite.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience with medium-sized businesses through large enterprise organisations, ideally in technology.
• Demonstrated success with prospecting, new-logo acquisition, and managing the complete sales cycle.
• Experience addressing complex business challenges and developing suitable solutions.
• Strong planning, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working through uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
