What you will do

• Lead technical responses for strategic RFPs, RFIs, and ITQs, including detailed solutioning and estimation.
• Act as the final technical authority for system designs and architectures, ensuring alignment with C4 Model standards.
• Oversee the migration of legacy on-premises monoliths to modern cloud-native microservices architectures.
• Establish and lead SDLC quality gates to maintain rigorous standards for scalability, reliability, and DevSecOps.
• Manage and mentor high-performing cross-border teams of 30-50 engineers across Singapore and Vietnam.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for C-level executives and government agency liaisons.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles such as Delivery Manager or Solution Architect.
• Proven track record of managing projects with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of $1M – $5M+.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (GCC 2.0, APIM, SQL MI, Cosmos DB) and AWS.
• Proficiency in reviewing and guiding development in .NET Core, Node.js, Java, and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government and IM8 standards is highly preferred.
• Strong English proficiency for international client engagement and proposal writing.
