What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of a complex and large Data and Analytics portfolio.
• Implement AI data pipelines integrating structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data to support Agentic solutions.
• Design and maintain scalable real-time data pipelines for efficient ingestion, processing, and delivery.
• Operationalize ontologies, context graphs, and knowledge graphs to power reasoning and decision intelligence.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team including Directors, Data Engineers, and Business Data Analysts.
• Collaborate with the AI COE and Architecture teams to influence technology, platform, and tooling strategy.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• 12+ years of experience in data engineering and building large-scale data ecosystems.
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing complex data and AI portfolios.
• Expertise in RAG architecture, vector stores, and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
• Deep expertise in semantic layer architecture, ontology modeling, and knowledge graph design at enterprise scale.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Experience working in multi-cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
