Staff Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $225,000–$265,000 USD per year, depending on geographic location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

hirify.global builds telemetry infrastructure and an AI platform that helps enterprise IT and Security teams manage and analyze telemetry for humans and AI agents.

What you will do

• Prototype and experiment with new AI features alongside product engineering teams.
• Develop across backend and frontend systems and integrate LLMs and other machine learning models.
• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations within hirify.global's core products.
• Collaborate with the founding team, development partners, product engineers, and key stakeholders to design and deliver customer-focused products and surfaces.
• Work with model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference platforms while tracking emerging AI technologies.
• Participate in standby, on-call, or off-hours duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and 6+ years of industry experience.
• Professional experience as an AI/ML Engineer and experience with MLOps.
• Experience contributing to products with significant user traction or large-scale adoption.
• Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and either Node or React.
• Ability to solve problems from first principles and maintain focus on overarching objectives.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
