About the Role

You will build and operate internal tools and services used by engineers, integrate AI-powered workflows into engineering processes, improve platform reliability and performance, own systems through production support, collaborate with stakeholders, set technical direction, and mentor engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Developer tooling, internal platforms, or infrastructure experience
• AI systems, automation, or agentic workflow experience
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools
• Problem-solving skills
• Collaboration skills
• Technical direction and influence

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate internal tools and services
• Integrate AI-powered tools and workflows into engineering processes
• Improve the reliability, usability, and performance of internal platforms
• Own systems end-to-end, including production support and iterative improvement
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Set technical direction for major areas of Intelligent Tooling
• Mentor other engineers
