Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Grow, maintain, and support existing oncology accounts in collaboration with Clinical Oncology Specialists.
• Build relationships with key personnel at assigned accounts to drive unit growth.
• Monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed protocols.
• Educate medical professionals on hirify.global's tools and resources for order management.
• Analyze and maintain KPI reports related to patient retention and order volume.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including sales reps and patient coordinators, to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, nursing, or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Must be based in the North Orlando and surrounding areas, with a strong preference for candidates in the Ocala area.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
