What you will do

• Identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
• Reinforce the clinical value of diagnostic tests to Endocrinologists, Pathologists, Surgeons, and Radiologists.
• Navigate complex health systems and IDNs to engage key stakeholders and prospect for growth.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed performance goals.
• Establish repeatable protocols within accounts for sample collection, ordering, and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and grow business across the testing portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or biopharmaceuticals.
• Proven track record of successfully calling on complex health systems, IDNs, and academic institutions.
• Bachelor's degree required; science-based degree (biology, chemistry, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to conduct clinical sales both in-person and virtually.
• Required regular business travel by air or car, including overnight stays.
