TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA or Europe)

Salary: Base $130,000–$135,000 USD; OTE $260,000–$270,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute international growth strategies, including market prioritization, pricing, and resource allocation.
  • Build and lead the international sales organization with a focus on EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets.
  • Own international bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and annual operating plan performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a global distributor and channel partner network.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to influence the roadmap and coordinate global submissions.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conduct onsite demonstrations and webinars.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in healthcare, medical technology, or SaaS.
  • 5+ years of specific experience in radiation oncology sales.
  • Proven track record of building international sales organizations and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing ARR-driven sales and developing channel partnerships.
  • Understanding of regional regulatory and reimbursement considerations for market expansion.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 30–50%.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth or scaling SaaS environments.
  • Additional language proficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Success, Product, and Marketing teams.
