What you will do

• Provide trackside technical support, including fuel and lubricant sampling and laboratory setup during selected F1 events.
• Coordinate global logistics for consumables and equipment, maintaining shipment plans and inventory records.
• Prepare shipping documentation in accordance with trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods requirements.
• Manage operational data, sample logging, and shipment tracking to ensure full traceability and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including Valvoline, Aston Martin hirify.global F1 Team, and Honda.
• Contribute to the improvement of logistics processes and trackside preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, or technically regulated environments (fuels, chemicals).
• Working knowledge of fuels and lubricants operations or motorsport logistics processes.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, time-constrained environments during race events.
• Strong organizational skills and a strict commitment to safety and HSSE standards.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of FIA regulations and contamination control protocols.
• Familiarity with dangerous goods shipping paperwork and logistics documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and charting using Excel or similar tools.
