Location: Stockholm HQ; regular travel across Europe expected

hirify.global is building a secure, sovereign AI foundation for governments and enterprises across Europe.

What you will do

  • Map and prioritize distribution partners, including resellers, SIs, and consulting firms serving the public sector.
  • Lead outreach, negotiation, and signing of channel and distribution agreements.
  • Build partner onboarding and enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively position and sell the platform.
  • Collaborate with the direct sales team to align on strategy, share pipeline, and avoid channel conflict.
  • Develop and maintain senior relationships with key partners across multiple European markets.
  • Identify strategic alliances to open access to new customer segments in both public and private sectors.

Requirements

  • Experience in partnerships, channel-facing commercial roles, or management consulting.
  • Ability to build processes from zero without a pre-existing playbook.
  • Deep understanding of distribution partnership structures and reseller motivations.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Swedish or other European languages.
