TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Qualifying leads and building a high-quality sales pipeline for a carbon accounting platform with an accent on lead generation and prospect qualification. Focus on identifying client needs through PACTT, mapping target accounts, and collaborating with account executives to drive Net Zero transitions.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Must be based in Stockholm; no relocation or VISA support provided. Work from office 4+ days a week.

What you will do
- Qualify leads and manage the company sales pipeline.
- Use lead generation tools to map target accounts and identify prospects.
- Identify prospect needs and suggest solutions using PACTT qualification.
- Collaborate with account executives on stakeholder mapping, introductory calls, and product demos.
- Utilize sales engagement tools including Outreach.io, Cognism, Sales Navigator, and Seismic.
- Meet or exceed qualified lead and demo quotas.
Requirements
- Ambitious and driven mindset with a genuine interest in sustainability.
- Some work experience, ideally within B2B SaaS sales or a similar context.
- Great communication skills in English.
- Ability to work from the Stockholm office 4+ days per week.
