Location: Remote (Must have legal authorization to work in Sweden)

What you will do

  • Develop strategic partners (existing and new) to drive revenue and profitability in the Nordics.
  • Build and execute business plans to identify, develop, and close incremental opportunities.
  • Enable partners to leverage the full hirify.global solutions portfolio to improve customer security.
  • Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals in collaboration with sales engineering teams.
  • Manage joint business reviews and planning processes using KPIs and SMART goals.
  • Coordinate marketing plans with partners to drive lead generation and sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales and territory management within networking or security sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of the partner landscape and established relationships across the Nordic region.
  • Proven experience building and executing successful business and marketing plans.
  • Deep understanding of the technology channel ecosystem (VAR, MSP, Distribution).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Sweden without requiring employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Strong technical acumen and cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Proficiency with tools such as PowerBI, Clari, SFDC, and AI programs like Co-pilot.
