TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing a portfolio of key accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling of cloud-based contact centre solutions. Focus on building executive relationships, managing contract renewals, and ensuring long-term customer success within the Swedish market.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Stockholm office (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office)

Salary: 750,000 SEK fixed + 750,000 SEK OTE = 1,500,000 SEK total

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers in a designated portfolio of accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, strategic goals, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full contract renewal process, including negotiations and ensuring alignment with latest service packages.
  • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand service usage.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to monitor satisfaction levels and mitigate churn risks.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Native level fluency in Swedish is required.
  • Must have eligibility to work in Sweden (no sponsorship provided).
  • Proven experience in New Business Sales or Commercial Account Management within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience working with complex SaaS offerings and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Contact Centre or CX solutions (CCaaS).
  • Understanding of Nordic business and culture.
