What you will do

• Oversee all production aspects to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Manage department budgets including labor, supplies, consumables, and equipment costs.
• Control production metrics and submit daily progress reports.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained across all work areas.
• Interview, select, and coach supervisors to ensure consistent communication and performance management.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the department.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisor or management experience.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform sustained light physical effort (20lbs or less).
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).

Nice to have

• Intermediate knowledge of JDA and DVI systems.
