What you will do

• Lead and mentor shop floor associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize costly downtime.
• Coordinate activities between logistics and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Administer company policies and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
• Drive quality and cost-saving initiatives within the production area.
• Perform clerical activities including time and record keeping.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude to understand production line operations.
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as OD tapes, calipers, and micrometers.
• High School/GED Diploma.
• Ability to stand 8-12 hours on concrete floors.
• Must be able to work the night shift (6pm-6am).

Nice to have

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• First responders training or Hazardous Waste Training.
