What you will do

• Define hirify.global's integration and ecosystem strategy across enterprise, cloud, and operational technology systems.
• Establish and scale certified technology partner programs and scalable commercial offerings.
• Develop the roadmap for multi-cloud deployment, Kubernetes portability, and platform scalability.
• Drive standards and best practices for agentic workflows, orchestration, observability, and governance.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to accelerate the delivery of AI-native products and intelligent experiences.
• Define packaging, pricing, and monetization strategies for platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of Product Management or Product Leadership experience.
• 6+ years in senior product leadership roles within global technology organizations.
• Deep experience with enterprise platforms, data products, integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, AI, IoT, or data-driven products.
• Proven success leading highly complex products from strategy through launch with measurable business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience within industrial technology, manufacturing, or asset-intensive industries.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or agentic AI systems.
• Experience with sensors, edge computing, IoT platforms, or hardware/software ecosystems.
• MBA or advanced technical degree.
