What you will do

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for next-generation workspace and context experiences.
• Design intelligent systems integrating content, metadata, AI summaries, and third-party integrations into collaborative environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and AI teams to translate ambiguous problem spaces into scalable product experiences.
• Establish onboarding flows, interaction patterns, and discovery systems to help users adopt new workspace constructs.
• Define success metrics and experimentation frameworks for early-stage rollouts and long-term scaling.
• Translate complex technical constraints like retrieval, permissions, and model behavior into user-centered decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• 10+ years of product management experience delivering impactful, user-facing digital products at scale.
• Deep technical fluency with AI/LLM systems, retrieval, search relevance, permissions models, and distributed architectures.
• Strong conceptual and systems thinking to simplify complex product ecosystems into clear mental models.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) in ambiguous product areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
