TL;DR

Product Manager (AI): Driving the AI product roadmap for CCaaS and UCaaS platforms with an accent on native AI Agent capabilities and customer-configurable analysis tools. Focus on translating complex AI features into scalable B2B SaaS solutions, defining success metrics, and collaborating with distributed engineering teams to ship high-impact products.

Location: Hybrid or remote work available in Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Poland.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for native AI Agent capabilities within the UContact CCaaS platform.
  • Lead the development of AI-driven features for the Unite UCaaS platform, including Huddle AI Studio and Settings AI Assistant.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, customer-facing value propositions for sales and enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with distributed engineering teams in the US, Israel, and Uruguay to deliver integrated user experiences.
  • Define key success metrics for features, focusing on adoption, conversion, and retention.
  • Present product strategy and status updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI or ML-powered products.
  • Proven background in B2B SaaS, specifically within communications, contact centers, or enterprise software.
  • Strong technical fluency in APIs, LLMs, and system integrations.
  • Experience working with distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
  • Must be based in or eligible to work from Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Poland.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CCaaS platforms like Five9, Talkdesk, or Genesys.
  • Hands-on experience with Voice AI or Conversational AI.
  • Spanish language proficiency for the LATAM market.
  • Background in contact center operations or BPO industry.
