About the Role

You will own the product vision across the Tangem Pay product suite and define the roadmap and success metrics. You will translate company strategy into executable product initiatives across four squads namely Operations Admin Panel, Payment Product, Financial Rails, and Monitoring Platform. You will manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to iteration. You will maintain clear documentation including user stories acceptance criteria and sprint plans. You will drive integrations with local and global payment schemes via APIs. You will collaborate with backend teams on scalable orchestration settlement reconciliation and failure handling. You will ensure reliability and consistency of payment processing across regions. You will own the admin panel and internal tooling used by operations compliance and support teams. You will work with compliance and risk teams on reusable KYC KYB flows and audit readiness. You will collaborate with Wallet Infrastructure and Growth teams to ensure unified UX and interoperability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with payment rails and financial infrastructure.
• Experience working with multiple squads in parallel.
• Strong background in API-driven compliance-heavy systems.

• Own the admin panel and internal tooling used by operations compliance and support teams.
• Ensure scalable workflows for transaction reviews disputes settlements reconciliation and customer support escalation.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to enable reusable KYC KYB flows and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Wallet Infrastructure and Growth teams to ensure unified UX and interoperability.
