What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the ASPL product.
• Identify borrower needs and behaviors to optimize targeting and conversion within the lending funnel.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Partner with capital markets teams to support funding strategies and the onboarding of capital for loan products.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize loan flow mechanics and user experience.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously iterate and improve product performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.
• Proven ability to execute multi-quarter roadmaps with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in fintech, consumer lending, or financial products is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with KYC/KYB processes and compliance workflows.
• Experience with capital markets.
