TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Building and scaling retirement integration infrastructure connecting payroll and HR systems with an accent on automation, data mapping, and strategic partnerships. Focus on transforming legacy integration patterns into scalable workflows and driving revenue growth through GTM collaboration.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in San Francisco or New York City (SF office required 2+ days/week)

hirify.global is building the automation layer for retirement infrastructure, connecting retirement platforms with employer payroll and HR systems.

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for retirement integrations and solutions.
  • Grow the network of retirement integrations to expand reach, depth, and reliability.
  • Transform fragmented integration patterns into automated, scalable workflows through better data mapping and architecture.
  • Lead design partnerships with strategic partners to co-build integrated solutions.
  • Partner with GTM teams to qualify opportunities and translate market demand into the product roadmap.
  • Operate as the GM of the retirement product line, collaborating across all functions to drive operational rigor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in technical, API-driven, or integration-heavy domains.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder products end-to-end.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM teams on revenue-adjacent roadmaps.
  • Deep fluency in APIs, data mapping, and the operational realities of integration infrastructure.
  • Strong written communication skills with a preference for structured documentation.
