What you will do

• Own and manage the product stream backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and creating sprint-ready stories.
• Independently author Technical Requirements Documents (TRD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and UML sequence diagrams.
• Define acceptance criteria for complex features with multiple integration dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the full delivery cycle to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead technical integration discussions with external providers.
• Partner with the CPO and product managers on strategic priorities and OKRs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Senior PO within a product company.
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or a regulated technical environment.
• Deep understanding of card acquiring, PSP integrations, and payment flows at the requirements level.
• Proven ability to independently write TRDs, BRDs, and UML sequence diagrams.
• Solid understanding of APIs and integrations, including the ability to read Swagger/OpenAPI.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with crypto, blockchain products, or EU regulatory frameworks (MiCA, VASP).
• Knowledge of payment orchestration, routing rules, and fallback logic.
• Hands-on experience with PSP integrations (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, Worldpay).
• CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with API-first or platform product ownership.
