What you will do

  • Own total revenue performance, including pipeline, bookings (ACV), and revenue recognition.
  • Drive deal strategy, pricing, and packaging to increase close probability for deals in the $150K–$700K range.
  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives to improve close rates and deal quality.
  • Serve as the primary growth voice to the C-suite and private equity stakeholders, translating data into clear insights.
  • Align sales proposals and scopes with delivery capabilities to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine ICP targeting for brands with revenues between $50M and $500M.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of B2B sales leadership experience in the e-commerce space (SaaS or agency).
  • Demonstrated success managing revenue portfolios of $5M–$20M+.
  • Proven track record of closing deals in the $150K–$700K range.
  • Expertise in digital advertising, paid media, and Amazon marketplace advertising.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM rigor.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US operating states.
