What you will do
- Independently identify and close Tier 1 US accounts, including wallets, exchanges, and Web3 protocols.
- Build a sales pipeline from the ground up without SDR or inbound lead support.
- Represent the company at major US crypto conferences such as Consensus and Token2049 US.
- Manage the transition of closed accounts to the Account Management team after onboarding.
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting within the CRM system.
- Provide structured product feedback based on US market signals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing large B2B deals with $1M+ turnover.
- Established network of active relationships among Tier 1 US crypto/Web3 decision-makers.
- Physically based in a major US crypto hub (NYC, Miami, SF).
- In-depth knowledge of the US crypto/Web3 ecosystem and on/off-ramp dynamics.
- Ability to independently solve complex problems regarding compliance and product-fit.
