What you will do

• Collaborate with clinical teams and founders to improve the digital care delivery model and develop patient retention strategies.
• Proactively reach out to at-risk patients to address concerns and demonstrate long-term program benefits.
• Utilize motivational interviewing to overcome financial or exercise-related barriers to participation.
• Guide patients through the use of wearables, tablets, and other mobile technology, including troubleshooting.
• Ensure high-quality care and adherence to clinical protocols and policies.
• Empower patients to be accountable and take ownership of their rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiopulmonary Rehab.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology.
• Strong proficiency with mobile technology, wearables, and Excel for data tracking.
• Ability to perform with little direction in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology.
• ACSM-CEP certification.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience in sales, personal training, or clinical studies.
• Prior remote work experience.
