What you will do

  • Execute daily outbound activity via calls, email, and social media to engage decision-makers at target Mid-Market accounts.
  • Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover business pain points and architect solutions using the AI-Native ERP platform.
  • Deliver ROI-based presentations to finance, operations, and IT executives to demonstrate profitability and simplification of business management.
  • Manage a robust sales funnel, navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes and negotiating terms for platform deployments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, BDRs, Solution Engineers, and CSMs to ensure a customer-centric approach to growth.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Salesforce for accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or a high-growth inside sales environment.
  • Proven experience selling to companies in the $2.5M+ annual revenue range, ideally into finance, operations, or IT.
  • Strong command of modern sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN.
  • AI-forward mindset with a habit of experimenting with AI tools to optimize research and outreach workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Must be based in Plano, Texas or Atlanta, Georgia.
