What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives focusing on outbound pipeline and revenue growth in the Emerging Mid-Market segment.
  • Coach AEs on consultative selling techniques to build trust-based customer relationships.
  • Leverage AI tools to analyze sales data and refine methodologies for better team performance.
  • Partner with marketing and demand generation channels to execute GTM initiatives and accelerate acquisition.
  • Deliver against quarterly and annual KPIs, including revenue growth and ecosystem adoption targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align team performance with broader business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales experience.
  • At least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of coaching AEs to hit and exceed quotas.
  • Experience using AI tools and CRM technology to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Deep knowledge of the SMB or Mid-Market business landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
