TL;DR

Senior Sales Account Executive (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and managing strategic enterprise accounts for a global AI-native compliance platform with an accent on complex multi-stakeholder deal navigation and value-based selling. Location: Must be based in New York City or Virginia, with a hybrid requirement of 2 days in office per week.

What you will do

  • Own the full commercial sales lifecycle for strategic enterprise accounts within assigned industry verticals.
  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies to engage senior executive and functional stakeholders.
  • Lead complex enterprise deal negotiations, including pricing and non-standard contract terms.
  • Articulate the strategic value of the hirify.global Controls Platform to business unit leaders and economic buyers.
  • Maintain high-fidelity pipeline and forecast hygiene within HubSpot.
  • Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion and renewals post-signature.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of executive buying dynamics in large, regulated financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of business models and regulatory pressures in the assigned industry vertical.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value enterprise sales with multiple stakeholders and approval paths.
  • Ability to align platform value with customer strategic objectives and economic outcomes.
  • Proficiency in strategic account lifecycle management and commercial stewardship.
